Security & Trust

Security is foundational to how Qbotick Technologies builds custom software, orchestrates AI workflows, and manages client technical infrastructure. Discover our multi-layered defensive controls, data protection commitments, and responsible disclosure program.

Secure by Design

Strict type validation with Zod, encrypted credentials, edge authentication boundaries, and defensive Content Security Policies.

Isolated AI & Code IP

Client proprietary workflows and intellectual property are never used to train public third-party foundation models without explicit consent.

Responsible Disclosure

We welcome collaboration with external security researchers and maintain a dedicated vulnerability disclosure channel with rapid triage.

1. Application & Platform Safeguards

Our web applications and microservices are engineered with hardened defensive layers across networking, transport, session state, and database transactions:

Strict Transport Security (HSTS)

All web traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. Production HTTP headers enforce HSTS with includeSubDomains and preload directives.

Content Security Policy (CSP)

Granular script-src, style-src, and frame-ancestors restrictions prevent cross-site scripting (XSS), clickjacking, and unauthorized embeds.

Encrypted Session Management

Cryptographically signed HS256 Jose JWTs stored inside httpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure cookies with automated expiration.

Rate Limiting & Anti-Spam

Token bucket rate limiting, honeypot traps, and submission duration threshold gates isolate APIs against brute-force and bot flooding.

2. Client Confidentiality & Code Isolation

Protecting client intellectual property is paramount. When partnering with enterprises and high-growth startups, we enforce strict isolation procedures:

  • Bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): We routinely execute mutual NDAs before reviewing proprietary repositories, technical requirements, internal API schemas, or business documents.
  • Segregated Source Repositories: Client codebases reside in private, isolated repositories with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and strict principle-of-least-privilege access.
  • Zero Public Model Ingestion: In all AI engineering and automation deployments, proprietary client prompts, business logic, and API payloads are processed through dedicated, private enterprise endpoints and never ingested to train public foundation models.

3. Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)

We integrate security checkpoints throughout every stage of development:

  • End-to-End TypeScript Validation: Strict compiler rules prevent runtime type-coercion bugs, and all network payloads are sanitized with Zod schemas.
  • Dependency Vulnerability Scanning: Regular automated auditing of npm packages and container dependencies to eliminate known CVEs before deployment.
  • Zero Secret Leakage in Client Bundles: Build pipelines prevent database connection strings, JWT signing keys, and administrative secrets from bundling into client-side JavaScript.

4. Vulnerability Disclosure Policy (VDP)

We value the contributions of independent security researchers and ethical hackers. If you believe you have discovered a potential vulnerability within our web properties or public APIs, please report it promptly following our responsible disclosure guidelines.

How to Submit a Security Finding:

  1. Send an encrypted or detailed report to provisional contact contact@qbotick.com (subject to ongoing mailbox verification) with the subject line [Security Vulnerability Report].
  2. Include detailed reproduction steps, affected endpoints, request payloads, and proof-of-concept logs.
  3. Do not access, modify, or destroy client data, and do not execute automated volumetric attacks (e.g. DoS/DDoS).
  4. Allow our engineering team reasonable time (at least 30 business days) to triage, reproduce, and remediate the issue prior to any public disclosure.

Our engineering team targets acknowledgment of received vulnerability reports within 2 business days following mailbox verification, providing ongoing updates throughout remediation.

Compliance & Operations Notice: Third-party security attestations (such as SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 audit scopes) are mapped to dedicated client production deployment infrastructure upon contract execution. Operating location: Bengaluru, India (Remote Operations; not a registered physical office).
